And thus, another year comes to a close. A lot has happened and a lot more will be happening.
To start, DA related.
Eventually I will be moving to another account, a different name and a new start. I'm tired of this account, I'm tired of this website in general. I'm tired of DA and I'm tired of old. I will be deleting most (if not all) of my gallery and by my 20th birthday, I will have moved to a new place on DA. If you want to keep track of me you're welcome to note me with your request. Other than that? No. I'm not noting everyone on my list. I don't make any assumption that I'm popular to ever do that. If you want to follow me, that's your option. I don't want to be just another person who tried to get as many pageviews as possible. I'd rather have close friends and have people who, like me, care about what they see. I've changed a lot over the years I've been here. It's funny how I can say...years. I was here since around 2003, just browsing. Then, September 2004, I joined into the fray. The fray that has exposed me to many wonderful and grand ideas. Many wonderful people I've only seen from afar, and has gained me one of the greatest friends I have ever had. I appreciate DA for what it is, what it does - or at least the potential it has. I have hated this place and loved it all the same. I have learned a lot and I am thankful for it.
I am thankful for those of you that have sought to stand me for as long as you have. I am thankful that you are there, in your own way, offered advice when you could and at times I would find a friend to talk to. To those that seem to be nonexistent - I am grateful for you as well. Just the simple idea that you are there and you have supported me in some small way is more than I could ask from a stranger. It is...amazing how one can be so close and yet incredibly far away.

And non-DA related
I had a wonderful time this year, my friends have been through a lot and I am very grateful for what they have done for me. I don't have many, and I wish I had more of them. So many people, as I learned really quickly through my call center job, are absolutely amazing, heartbreaking and strange all at once. And...when talking with a complete stranger, perhaps it is best. You can tell the truth and not fear repercussion or judgement for why should you? I, an anonymous person you speak to for maybe 15 minutes out of your whole life - what do I mean to you? Nothing? I'm a voice, a person who as far as you're concerned, doesn't exist. People are...very honest then. It's...rather...amazing, really. I wish more people were.
I have lost my job and currently I look for another one. I spend my times for now developing myself, writing shoddily written works, drawing as often as I can, and talking.
That is the one thing that has kept me going really, for...without people, I know I wouldn't be alive. So...thank you all, again. Have a wonderful Holiday Season, smile often and make the decision to be honest and happy NOW, no one can control your life, your mind. You are your own person. Break out of the mold that even an art community like this creates. But...at the same time, be grateful it is there. You would not be the person you are without it. And now...you can grow up. I support you, whomever you are.
